Instructions for returns
To process a return request, contact our Customer Service team at returns@candlebydesign.com or by filling out our Contact Us form. Once a claim has been filed, our Customer Service department will evaluate the claim and contact you. If the claim is approved, you will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) via email which will include your RMA# and instructions for the return. Candle By Design™ is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost or damaged shipments. We recommend insuring all returns. Refunds will be issued after the items are received. We will contact you to confirm we have received your return.
Return Processing Time
Please note the total time to process the refund can take 7-14 business days. During this time, please refrain from filing any type of claims for refunds with your credit card provider or PayPal to avoid prolonging the process. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
Candle By Design™ will accept returns within 30-days of delivery confirmation of original order from www.CandleByDesign.com. The returned merchandise must be sent back unused in its original packaging and returned in its original condition. Please repackage properly so that returned item(s) are not damaged during shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@candlebydesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
