Personal Information Collected and How It Is Used By Candle By Design

Candle By Design collects personal information in order to provide certain services to its customers, such as allowing them to purchase product over the internet, allowing them to request promotional materials, or participate in special promotional offers or contests. Information is maintained on file thereafter for sufficient time to permit any necessary follow-up. Certain information is retained for longer periods for our internal audit and quality control purposes.

Our website tracking program collects aggregate (non-identifiable) information about the number of visitors, the types of browsers or Internet Service Providers (ISPs) used, and the number of times and length of time a customer spends on a particular page.
